If We are unable to validate Your identity, confirm You have the right to make the request, and confirm that Personal Data is about You, We will not be able to reply to Your request or supply You with Personal Data.
When We get Your request, We will acknowledge it and let You know how it will be handled, including how We will verify it. Within forty-five (45) days after receiving a valid Customer request, We make an effort to respond. If We need more time, We will let You know why in writing and give You an extension that might last an additional forty-five (45) days.
