We have the right to amend this Return Policy from time to time as we see fit and based on our own discretion without having the need to notify you, however, in order for you to be aligned with any changes you have to check the Last Update Date as the Company will revise it once any changes are introduced. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase from us.
We strive to get your order to you quickly, and for that reason, we start production on most orders shortly after the order is received. You may cancel your order only if the Print Provider – our approved local print provider fulfilling your order – has not started production. Once the Print Provider starts producing the order, you cannot edit or cancel the order.
The deadline for canceling an order varies according to the order’s specifications and the turnaround time needed. Please contact us or your local Print Provider to inquire as to whether production has begun.
Even if you have received a notification from us regarding your order, you must contact us to confirm the order status. Our orders are produced quickly, and phone and website live chat are the fastest and most effective way to reach us before your order enters production (if it hasn’t already). You can reach us at 4123857472 or through our website live chat, or your local Print Provider at the number in the "your order has been assigned" email and/or your account section on our website. We will not cancel any orders without clear instructions from you.
There are two (2) factors affecting how quickly you will receive your order: (1) turnaround time at our Print Providers and (2) transit time.
Transit time or turnaround time is estimated based on the size/specifications of your order as well as the Print Provider’s operating days and hours, your delivery address, and production speed. We will do our best to ensure that your order is produced in the time quoted.
We use a variety of couriers and delivery companies ("Logistics Companies") to send our orders to our customers and will always choose the best available Logistics Companies for your order and delivery location. The transit times provided on our website are not guaranteed. Due to the effects of global supply chain issues and changes to Logistics Companies’ response times, deliveries may be delayed, so we have no control over our third-party logistics providers, thus we are not responsible for delays that may occur while your order is in transit, consequently delays in shipping or delivery will not make your order eligible for refunds.
We understand how important your order is to you and that you may have selected us because of our history and commitment to quick order fulfillment. Your business is important to us. If you have experienced significant delays in production or shipping, please reach out to us to see how we may help you. In special circumstances, we may apply an exception to our policy and offer a refund, replacement, discount, or complimentary item(s) to you. This is in our sole discretion.
All of our orders are custom-made for you according to your specifications: Designed by you and created for you. Because of the unique nature of each item and each order, generally, orders are not returnable.
However, there are circumstances under which your order will be eligible for return: (1) If your order arrives and is materially different than what you created at the time your order was placed on our website; or (2) if the products received are damaged or otherwise flawed; or (3) significant delays of not less than seven (7) business days in producing the order by our Print Provider. If you believe that either of these exceptions applies, please reach out to us right away. We want to make it right. We may ask for proof that the order is materially different or the items are damaged; this also helps us to improve our processes and ensure quality. We will review any photos you provide and will make a determination as to whether to refund or replace your order. If we ask for proof, you must comply with the timelines in our communication in order to remain eligible for return or refund. All requests for return and refund must be made within five (5) days after you receive you order. After such five (5) days, all sales are final.
If we accept your return request for these reasons, we will pay the cost of returning the problem item(s) to us. In any other circumstance, you will pay the costs of returning the problem item(s) to us. We will arrange for return transit. We are unable to issue a refund until we have received any returned item(s) or proof of delivery to us. We reserve the right, as we deem fit, to deduct a minimum of 10% of the total amount you paid for your order when we refund your order, which may be related to any costs incurred by any third party that processed your payment when you placed your order.
Orders may not be returned/refunded for the following reasons:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Any terms and conditions and SLA (Service Level Agreement) governing any funds settlements in your bank account are controlled by the third-party service provider such as but limited to Stripe and Paypal, we have no control over the funds once the refunds are issued by us, thus we have no liabilities towards any delays and/or missing funds in part or in total.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All items purchased on sale or using discount coupons are final sale and are not eligible for return.
