What are the working hours?

It all depends on our partners hours of operation. Currently, most of our partners are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, Monday - Saturday “10 AM - 9 PM” except for Sundays; they are open from “NOON - 6 PM” to serve your Same Day Custom apparel and any custom accessories needs. But to confirm working hours, please locate your pickup store by FIND A STORE, unless you're placing a shipping order which we are open 24/7.

To help you find the nearest location, we provide an easy FIND A STORE tool on our website. Just type in your zip code and we’ll provide you with the closest store to you. If we don't have a close store by you, we will FREE Same Day ship your items with an Extra Discount.

Fastest way to place an order ?

Online Orders: We prefer if you place your order online GET STARTED then stop by one of our locations to pick up you order. This way, you don't have to wait for your order to be ready, and you don’t have to spend time placing the order in the store, as using our online designer is very easy and simple.

Walk-ins: Unfortunately,  we don’t accept walk-ins in all of our nationwide service centers. it depends on the locations. Once you find your store , the locator will tell whether our partner store accept walkins or not. We process Same Day Custom orders at no extra charge 90% of the time. The process is an instant service or a wait of 30 minutes to 1 hour, unless we are busy, in which case pick up times may vary.

How many is a bulk order?

How long does a bulk order take?

If we do it in store, it will take 1-2 days. If we send it out to be done at our main warehouse (usually 48 items or more) 3-5 days. Turn-around time depends mostly on the details and complexity of the design. Once you place your order, our team will be able to tell you if there is any reason your order would take longer than expected.

Is it a fixed price or it varies ?

Prices vary depending on the design areas (size, color, quantity ). That’s why we always recommended to use less colors in your design, smaller print, less designs areas.

Using our top of the line designer tool will give you an accurate price including the bulk discount, and once you enter the check out process you can use your coupon code to save more.

Can I pay a rush fee to get my order faster?

All of the orders are processed in the order where they were placed. If we receive your order by 5pm, it will usually be done by the end of the day.

But in the checkout process, you can rush some orders which will speed the shipping and production time up.

What if I don’t like it?

We offer a preview of your design on the designer tool before confirming the order. Please make sure to double check all spelling, colors and sizing  according to how you want it, and if you don’t like the finished product for a quality reason, we are more than happy to refund your money.

The color on the screen/garment does not match the one on the color chart.

Screen colors do not always match with real printing colors, Same with garment colors, its impossible to match the ink colors with garment colors and mainly in black . you will always realise a difference .

Can you match the color of my shoes, pants, car, etc.?

We offer a variety of colors that you can use inside the designer tool .

Can I call to order over the phone?

No, due to the nature of our service,  we are strictly not accepting orders over the phone. Any order has to be placed in person in the store, or online through the website. The reason for that is to ensure a precise preview of your order and getting all the details right.

What other products do you offer, besides shirts?

We pretty much can custom print anything, we carry hats. We also print stickers (vinyl decals), vinyl signs, banners, canvas, posters, dog tags, mugs, mouse pads, phone cases,..etc.
You are also able to bring in a variety of clothing items that we don’t carry in the store, to be printed on. These items have to follow some guidelines on what can be pressed on and what can hold the print. Please visit your local store page, to check what products we carry at that location, as different stores have different items.

Do you customize shirts, hoodies, hats...etc.?

Yes, we customize anything. Just tell us what you need by email, call us, chat with us or walk-in into one of our stores to check if you can customize this product.

 

How long does it take?

Usually, single orders can be done within 30 minutes. However, sometimes we get busy and pick-up times might be a little longer. We prefer that you place your order online (Click to start) then stop by one of our locations to pick up. This way, you don't have to wait for your order to be ready, you don’t have to spend time placing the order in the store as using our online designer is very easy. (Designer help).

 

Do you do bulk shirts?

Yes. In addition to the AWESOME work that we do, we have great bulk pricing discounts, with lots of advantages (CLICK HERE FOR SAMPLE PRICING)
We can also beat any advertised price, fastest turn-around time ever, as fast as the same day, free shipping, no minimum quantity, no design fees, no setup fees, no screen charges, and no hidden fees. So we can ship it to you or you can pick it up from the closest location.

 

How good will my image appear on the shirt?

It all depends on the image you brought in unless we are creating the artwork which as we mentioned earlier it will look AWESOME, We always use High-resolution images for better printing quality and easier designing process.

 

How can I upload my artwork, how can I bring my image?

You can upload it using our designer tool from anywhere; Facebook, Instagram, your computer, your phone...etc. You can also use our library of artwork.
Regarding bringing an image, best formats would be CDR, PNG, PSD, PDF, AI or any professional design format, we can still get it off your phone, email, google, any social media site, or a printed physical image.

 

How can I know that my order is ready?

We will contact you once your order is ready. You will receive an email, SMS, or a phone call.
You will get an option (sometimes based on your pickup location) to rush the order.

What can I do if there is not any nearby store?

Our website gives you an option to visit our Shipping Only Store (which has the largest variety of products). Once the order is placed we usually ship your order on the same day.

 

What about the available payment methods?

We are flexible, meaning you can pay with PayPal or by any credit card.

 

Can I bring my own shirts?

Yes. We prefer using cotton products more than polyester. If you want to bring your own shirts, we recommend you bring cotton shirts (anything higher than 50%) as prints appear the best on cotton. Otherwise, you can bring it and one of our team members will check it to make sure we do an AWESOME Job.

What do you use for printing? What kind of printing do you use?

It is all based on the quantity ordered. For small amounts, we either use: Direct to Garment Printing or Vinyl Cutter, whichever we think will look better.

But most of the time we use Vinyl Printing as it looks better. Real bright colors last longer, easier to wash, and feel softer.

For bigger amounts, we usually use Silk Screening, unless it’s an image, we use Direct to Garment Printing.

 

Do you do Airbrush?

Unfortunately, we do not do it anymore due to the quality of washing and several other reasons.

 

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Visit our login page, go to forget my password section where you fill in your email address. We will send you back an email containing a reset link and some instructions.

 

Can you do gold or glittery designs?

Yes, we carry multiple glitter colors based on pickup locations:

Glitter, white, black, pink, red, blue, sapphire, gold, and silver.

We advise you to contact your local store prior to ordering to confirm what colors they have in stock.
